* Our Performance Tickets sell incredibly fast (think Taylor Swift fast!) and the booking process can cause stress and frustration. We will be on standby when tickets first go on sale, however as the system is automated there is very little we can do on the technical side of things. Just as you would when booking for Tay Tay - be patient and persistent. We guarantee everyone will get a ticket and enjoy a wonderful Performance!

* To help reduce stress when booking, it is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the Table Seating Layout (image below) and read through our helpful booking tips below.

* The booking system works on a "fastest finger first" basis. This means that if you have selected seats and click next, it may come back with an error that the seats you selected are no longer available. This happens when someone else has selected the same seats but was quicker to click next. We have no control over this and it may happen several times and can cause great frustration so we recommend having the seating layout available to refer to throughout this process. Your seats are not guaranteed until you reach the "checkout" page where it asks for your contact details.

* When booking your tickets the ROW number is the TABLE number. Please refer to the TABLE SEATING LAYOUT for the location of each table as the rows in TryBooking are not indicative of the tables actual location within the auditorium.

* While each Seat in a Row is given a number, the Seats on the Tables are not assigned. i.e If you book Seat 1, 2, 7 & 10 you will still be able to sit as 4 seats together on the table.

* If you would like to sit with other Footloose Families we recommend one person book tickets for the entire party as co-ordinating seats together at the time of booking is near impossible.
